We want you to love your Khurram Shoes purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [khurramshoes75@gmail.com].

Exchanges We gladly exchange items for a different size within 14 days of delivery. If you're unsure about sizing, please refer to our [Size Guide] before ordering.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs or size changing return are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
